Sticky sunroof on 94

Hey all, I searched and didn't find anything, so if there is already a thread on this, I apologize.

My 94's sunroof/moonroof is SUPPER sticky. Its almost like its not getting enough power, but im wondering if maybe it just needs greased/lubed? Was thinking about spraying some dry teflon lube on the track/gears and seeing if that helped but figured i'd see if anyone else has some suggestions first!

Open the thing all the way, then clean the tracks really well, then apply new grease. Open and shut the thing repeatedly, and it should get better and better each time.

After that, it's time for SUPPER!
