Question help flickering headlights

The headlights of my 92 tbird starts flickering when the engine has warmed up, this is independent of the autolamp on/off delay switch.
When the headlight go off, the LED of the automlamp on/off switch go on (while the switch is turned off).
When the headlight switch is off and the autolamp delay switch is on, you can hear some relays rattle when the lights flicker.
I already cheked the wiring at the headlights, there is no corrosion and the connections are ok.
I have a Chilton's repair manual but the electrical diagrams are not providing any information about headlights.
Would it be possible for someone to provide me wiring diagrams for the headlight circuits.
In the Netherlands it's quite difficult to get any information on these cars, please anyone help !

$50 from ford (if you can get it over there)or $35 shipped from me. Bought it to replace mine, but turned out the harness was just really loose. Ford won't take it back because I opened the box

e-mail me if interested.

I also have the same problem on my 91. I just mailed Ford the other day about recalls and such. If I get any response from the Blue Oval I'll share my findings. It is a circuit breaker and when I went to my local dealer for a replacement they told me that it cannot be ordered anymore. They gave me the name of an electrician to go too instead. Meh, that'd cost me a lot more.

I think that it has a recall....

I know my 93 Mark VIII had a recall on it and I am sure it is the same switch.

If you 92 has foglights, then you can get your headlight switch replaced for free under re-call. Just call a dealership and make and appontment. I had mine done earlyer this year.

Copy/paste mode.

According to the headlight switch recall, the headlights will fail if you have been using your fog lamps, due to an overload.

Recall link. It's the Canadian site, but still applies. It's the second link of the three.

Don't ask me why, I didn't design the system. There are two other recalls for your year. One for the headlight switch, another for the ignition switch, and another for for replacement of nylon fuel lines.

Phone your Ford Dealer service dept., give them your VIN and they can look up to see if there are any outstanding recalls on your vehicle.
