Mustang Dyno's

I was just wondering i have heard rumors that the mustang dyno's usually read 20-25 less hp, then what the car is really laying down at the rear wheels? any truth?

Yes Mustang Dynos read lower than a Dynojet, I was thinking in the 15hp range.
