auto seatbelt overide

hey guys i have a 89 SC and the drivers side belt is stuck in the forward position
i want to manually crank in the back position is this what i have to turn? if so which direction

Yup that's what you turn. I can't remember which way it turns but I do know that it takes a helluvah long time to do it. If you ever look at it when it's working that thing spins SOOOO fast. I think you'll spend about 15 minutes twisting that thing before it gets to where you want it.

I had the same problem with my seat belt. I just messed with the electrical connections on each side of the track. Its worked fine ever since.

well i can turn it only about 3 times till i cant turn it no more, any help with this?
i know the motor is toast
