Question Puddle of liquid under the rear of the car?

Is it normal for a t-bird that after driving, that it starts to drip some kind of fluid under the rear of the car? It seems to be coming out of the end of the exhaust pipes. I know that this probably a stupid question but I figured I would go ahead and ask anyway. Thanks for any ideas or comments on this.

The catalytic converters also turn the bad stuff into water, it's normal.
