Is there any kind of paint that can withstand the temp that the exahust manifods get to? I bought the manifolds that 94 Daily Driven 4.6L was selling on eBay, and was thinking about painting them before I put them on to prevent them from rusting...

there is high temp paint out there for engines and manifolds, my friend did that to his headers, even though they started fading a little bit afterwards

I can speak from experience about Tech Line Coatings' Black Satin. It can be applied with a regular spray gun or touch-up gun, and doesn't have to be heat-cured before you can handle/install the parts. The only "special" equipment you need is a sandblaster to clean and prep the metal.
