are headers .... ?

Are JBA headers easy to install? or as they say cheap to install?

Not in any way, shape or form, unless you can defy the laws of physics and mass.

Don't change them out unless you're doing a headswap. It's a piece of cake then. (And the gains you'll see will actually be worth it!)
