Question GT H-pipe on a T-bird??

has anyone tried to swap this into a bird? i was thinking about doing it. I was thinking about fabbing it to connect onto the exhaust manifolds then connect the two sides at the end with a y-pipe then all the way out the back.. ya or na??

I don't think it would physically fit. I think the undercarriages are too different. Anyone with better info on this?

B Team - More skill, more results. A is only a starting point before progressing to B.

Member of the 'B-Team'. Finishing jobs the 'A-Team' can't handle.

the answer is no. period.

the exhaust channels are completely different. the cars have two completely different chassis designs. a mustang exhaust will not fit. end of discussion. headers can be made to fit with modification to the steering rack, but thats about it. you could have a custom H pipe made, but a mustang one simply wont work.

whats the point of getn a gt H pipe when u can go and get true duals with X pipe ,
thats what i did and i got the whole exhuats from the 2 cats removed 3rd cat and put a X pipe
there and ran true duals and only Paid $300 if u get the H pipe and all the moddification u have
to make it probable cost u more then that
