I don't know if I could handle the periods where they have 24 hours of darkness, the winters in Michigan were bad enough for me. Although it would be neet during the summer solstice!

+1 Yea, lets all move to Alaska.

For all of you complaining about the high price of gas this might be a good solution.

Did you know that since 1982 the people that live in Alaska actually get a check annually from the state for a percentage of the states oil revenue! The program is called the Alaska Permanent Fund and the payouts have varied from the smallest ($331.29 per person in 1984) to the largest ($1,963.86 per person in 2000), they usually vary between $600 and $1,500 ($900 and $1,800 when adjusted for 2005 dollars).

Mods? Yea, I got mods ...
Air silencer delete, warp drive, dilithium crystals, flux capacitor, Slingshot Rubber band power adder, Moonshine & Gas, Leaf Blower Supercharger, Hamster Wheel & Hamster, Energizer Bunny generating 1.21 gigawatts, Mr. FusionŽ Home Energy Reactor, hover conversion and a sextant celestial navigation system (The original GPS)
Best 1/4: 1,320 nanoseconds @ 670,616,629.2 miles per hour

"There isn't that much difference anymore between spacecraft, aircraft and modern automobiles..." - Keith Henry, NASA's Langley Research Center

I think that we all need to drive up to anchorage and have a meet. Really fire up the local Tbird owners.

At the current price of gas, I think it would be cheaper to fly there and BUY an bird and have a meet then drive there.
