Torque Numbers...

Planning on building a new 4.6 to drop into my car this winter. Going to be going PI to start. What is the torque pattern and what is the ft lbs to torque the heads to, main caps, connecting rods etc.

If someone has a list of all the specs (cant get a hold of one) please pm it to me or email me.

Another thing, what are some recommended piston heads and rods for a motor planning on putting out some "decent" power. Looking to do low 13's high 12's.

TIA

you can find most specs there

be sure to have a repair manual at hand as well...which you should already have

i'd say Diamond pistons, any good quality forged H-Beam rod (Eagle/Manley/Crower, etc) as well

also, if you want low-13s/high-12s on unported PI heads (which flow nearly identical to unported NPI heads), you better have a lot of gear, and a heck of a lot of stall as well, and some sticky tires to nail the launch
