idle issue

my 95 is idling funny,when i start her up she lopes and somtimes turns off...and it looks like she cant find the right rpm setting ive changed the iac already...what could his be? any help wil be appreciated...thanx also when i park and let it sit and then rev the engine light grey smoke comes out of the pipes....

Try cleaning your MAF (search for this procedure) and reset the EEC.


These are highly engineered precision vehicles, the first step in diagnosing the problem is to strike the suspected offending part sharply and repeatedly with a blunt object, then re-test.

Also check for vacuum leaks. It's sounds more like a leak to me than anything else.
