swap your torque converter and jmod the transmission, get a set of either 3.73 or (my preference) 4.11 gears with a trac loc, do a pi swap or swap in a pi engine or swap in a 4.6 dohc, get an sct chip, go boosted

There's a ton of stuff you could do, what all are you looking to accomplish with this?

And also, whats the budget like, thats a big factor.

Well, you made a step in the right direction with the gears. The UDs, Wires, and filter won't do anything noticeable for ya' though.

I assume you race this (If so, what type? AutoX? Rally? Rolls, Digs, Drag?)? Or just want a quicker DD (Highway or City driving?)?

You'll notice stuff like Nitrous, a Torque converter, a J-mod, PI or 4v motor swap, Supercharger, etc. Don't waste your time with little stuff like Throttle bodies until you actually need them.

I would either go with a torque converter or p.i. swap. The head/ intake swap would cost more, but would give you the best foundation for more future mods.
