A Few Problems With The Bird

well the car has sat for about 2 months. I finally got it back on the road tonight, but with a few problems.

1.about 5 miles into driving, the CEL came on, and the oil gauge read above normal, it was right on the M of normal, where should i look?

2. the car is making a humming noise on the passenger side, it sounds to be right by the fuel filter but its hard to guess where its at

3. how do i check to see if the tensioner pulley, or idler pulley is going bad because one of the two is whining? and how much would it cost for the new part.

1.) The oil gauge is a switch, and a 20? ohm resistor. It will always read pretty much the same, if you have over 7 psi of oil pressure.

2.) The last humming noise I had under the hood was the IAC; sounded like a pipe organ at times.

3.) Both pulleys are the same part at zone; they're about $20 each. The idler takes the most time, about a hour for both.
