1996 Pi'd V8. Did search BTW.
Replaced cracked intake. Now no start issue. Cranks hard, has spark at wires, no fuel pressure at rail but pump is cycling. Pulled pressure regulator, replaced with new, no psi at rail. Pulled regulator, cycled pump, fuel shot out of rail, replaced regulator loosened rail from injectors, cycled pump fuel came out around injectors.
Things I have checked.
Good battery, TPS voltage(0-4.8),coil packs(replaced with spare known good parts), crank position wires and connection, IAC connection, fuse 15.
Have MIL on dash KOEOff,code 00 on code reader(no code stored startup check),MIL does not go off after a period of time(5 min of KOEOff).
All accessories work(seats, windows, lights,vent fan, mirrors,moonroof, fuel door, trunk etc...).
