Are the EEC connectors the same for a 98 Mark and a 96 Cougar?

I know that they're both EEC-V, but I haven't actually seen a Mark Viii EEC yet.

Thanks.

The pinout is different, so it would need to be rewired, but the physical connector is the same.

I have actually studied this extensively. The plug is the same but a few wires have to be added and about 3 have to be switched around.

I have the pinout's for both, but I'm running out the door at the moment.

When I get home I'll post them up for you.

IDK about the CV pinouts; the Mark and the Cougar are different.

When I posted this, I was looking for pins to add to my EEC harness; The pins are interchangeable between models.
