smoke out of the right dual CEL on

while doing a coolant flush i was letting it run and noticed smoke was coming out of the passenger side dual so i went and got my CEL scanned and it read bank 2 O2 sensor too lean. the duals do not touch and it was only coming out of the passenger side dual none out of the driver side? any guesses?

for sale.....black 95 lx- black ,frpp wires, true duals 2.5, CAI with cone in fender stock box in place,, 3.73 gears with tl in alum housing ,mark8 ds, 180* t-stat, jmod

was it black smoke? I would say w/ the lean code, your ecm is compensating w/ more fuel causing smoke (if its black, meaning rich)

Well the passenger side is Bank 1 and the driver is Bank 2, so go figure. The code was not triggered by the side that was smoking.
