Cooling questions

My electric fan is dead Iam going to replace with "factory air" or "tyc" factory replacement have not found enough info on either brand no reliability or cfm ratings. Both are supposed direct fit one from advance auto the other from google shopping. Any advise on either brand? And also what is the "cobra radiator mod? Could not find info. Same with the rear freeze plug mod, any info? Iam going to replace rad, e- fan, thermostat , and finally put my pi intake on. I cannot find it in my budget for the Griffith radiator, nor can I find a mark viii e fan. My 97 has 156320 miles now slowly getting her restored. Thanks for any advise.
