The one that goes into the passenger bay is the vacuum dump valve, and can be ignored if yhou're deleting cruise.

Passenger as in the inside of car right? Because the cruse an the lines I'm referring to are on the drivers side. That that dump line need pluged or anything?

Hence the phrase "passenger bay" - yes, inside the passenger area of the car.

It goes to the dump valve on the brake pedal, and as such, only has "vacuum" when cruise is running.

The lines are teed with the booster line, so just run a hose straight from the vacuum tree on the wiper cowl to the booster and toss the rest.
