Anyone got their intake off?

If anyone has their intake off, I need to know if it is possible to reach the bolt that attaches the transmission dipstick tube to the back of the head with the intake removed. I need to replace the o-ring at the pan and I don't see a way without dropping the exhaust. I had the thought about removing the intake if I can access the bolt. All my fluid had drained out except what is in the pan and I didn't want to waste any more fluid as it only took a week for it to make a fine mess on the drive and now it won't even move. Thanks in advance.

I've always been able to access it with both the intake and exhaust attached. Removing the wiper cowl usually grants enough access to those back of the engine access points
