Plugs for high compression 5.4

I need the part number for the best plugs for my 5.4. I'm using the motorcraft copper plugs for the lightning now gapped at the usual.

I have 11.1:1 compression and get a nasty bit of rattling at low RPM's and some pinging at WOT with 93 octane.

Suggestions?

Thanks

Just bought some Denso Iridiums from Dennis....Mine are for pending blower conversion, but you could check with him as he's got the non -blown ones too, and see what he thinks... be prepared for sticker shock tho' LOL

I'm useing copper cores now, and they seem to do a good job, but hey, I'll try anything once (well, maybe there are a few exceptions)
