02 explorer 4.6

i am looking to install a 2002 4.6 off of an explorer into my 95 4.6... has anyone done thin in the NYC area and where did u have it done....Also how much would a swap like this cost and how much time should it take....( i was quoted 1200 for the swap at a local shop)
i know i will need new fuel rails and lines but is there anything else i might need

any help would be appreciated

Mark T/C, Fordchip, Flowmaster cat back,deleted 3rd cat w/ custom Y-pipe, custom 3" intake tube, K&N, 180ยบ tstat, new lifters, eibach pro-kit, kyb's, 9mmFRPP wires, Autolite DP'sgapped at .060, 17*9 cobra r's, f255/45/17 -r275/40/17 hankook sport veloce's, 1800 watt pioneer premier system and more to come...

moved on to a lighter chassis with a 5 speed and cheaper parts. i know, i sold out.
