Looking for tips on replacing teh electric fan...

My fan is making noises. Sounds like its loose and is banging on its enclosure. I will be checking it out tonight after work.

If I have to replace it, I sure would appreciate input on what to do or not to do and what to look out for.

Many thanks.

the fan and shroud i beleive are one piece. its cake to remove, unnbolt the upper brackets, unplug and slide out. to install, just reverse.

Cool. Thanks.

Any recommendations beside the stock replacement? If so where from and how much.

Thanks again.

i would get one from a junkyard, they usually last the life of the car.

Real simple to remove it, just unplug the battery before you start messing with it.

I think its four bolts, and unplug the connector.

Simple two minute job.
