plugs reading lean?

I changed out my old 12c's today and the old ones were verry white and chalky
The tech article says if the plugs are that way they are too hot and the car is
running lean.
I think 12c is one of the coldest plugs around for this car.
As far as running lean how can I solve this problem?
I have a dennis chip should I see if he can richen the mixture some?
I replaced the wires also. I had stock wires but I went with frpp 9mm this tme.
It feels like it has its pep back now.

As long as your air filter and MAF are clean adn you are running high octane fuel you can have a little rich tune. The best solution will be to get on a dyno and have it dialed in.
