4.6L DOHC intake tube

I already talked to a few people about this, but I just wanted to confirm what I already thought. Nobody makes an aftermarket intake tube for a 93-98 4.6L DOHC Mark 8 engine, correct? I'd like to get away from the stock one with all of the extra chambers.

Just wondering if someone makes one before I spend the time making one.

Thanks,
Rod

Oh just slap a cobra upper on it and call it a day.

SC_Steve cut his chambers out and molded the holes in the tube.

I plan to use a Cobra upper later on, but for now I'm going to try to get the stock hood to fit over the DOHC (this is in the 90 XR7 that I'm putting together).

That's what Brad (4 Cam Bird) did, too. I was just making sure that there isn't an aftermarket one out there before I spend the time doing that or making one out of aluminum.

Thanks,
Rod
