Quick Idler Pulley Question

Hi, i was wondering what the exact torque spec is on a '94 Tbird 4.6 idler pulley bolt?

1989 Chevrolet Caprice 5.0L 75k
1994 Ford Thunderbird 4.6L 85k
Mods:Air Silencer Removed.
1996 Chevrolet Caprice 9C1 5.7L 130k

well im flipping through my haynes manual and i cant find a specific torque value for it. it does have a torque value for the belt tensioner retaining bolts and those are 15-22ft lbs, and i would think that if you stay within that you will be good.
