Engine mounts

I have a 4.6l, with 142,00 mi., complete new front end with 1-1/4" swaybars. One day the car would not start. Found out the crankshaft position sensor wiring got pinched right where it crosses over the sway bar. We fixed that and tied the wires higher. Now, I still had a suspension problem which required the car to be lifted again. With the wheels hanging the sway bar was touching the lower A/C mounting bolt. Right in the spot the wires got pinched. I had a new set of 5.0 mounts I bought from MN-12 about 6 months ago. So they finally got installed. This lifted the engine about 1/2" even with the 5.0 mounts on a 4.6. The old ones were totally collapsed. I want to thank Rich for knowing that the first performance upgrades to these cars is the suspension. Getting the ride quality back as per the way it was new, is the best upgrade you can do.
