Nothing need to be done to the block at all cobra heads are the same thing as mark heads except with different cams. The intake will bolt right up but the sensors are probably different I don't know so they would probably need a rewire. I know on a 95 mark and a 95 tbird you only need to lengthen one sensor. The problem you will have is in 96 everything went to OBD-II so it gets a little more complicated in terms of wiring. HOpe that helps.
