Exclamation Reset Computer??

Had a few codes that were thrown...

These are the codes that popped up before changing plugs and clearing codes:

P0171B
P0174B
P0305B
P0430
P1443

I got allot of good advice as to how to proceed...changing plugs, new wires, clean MAF among others...My question is this: After I have changed the plugs and wires (in particular to P0305B which I believe is the #5 cylinder misfire, which is believed to be related to the 'lean; banks) do I need to reset anything for the computer to re-adjust? Or will it simply go "cool, the lazty bastard finally fixed that" and run better? Or will it need to cycle?? OR Do I have bigger problems if the misfire continues...

I have changed the plugs, I am in process of changing wires (Note: Do not attempt while engine is still hot...equals two burned fingers) I changed the Number 5 cylinder hoping for an easy fix...runs better...but believe it is still misfiring...by feel of the engine...gonna replace the remaning wires 2mrrw (after engine cools overnight!) And I cleaned the MAF...

Thanks again for input.

not only will you burn your fingers, you could easily strip the spark plug threads in the heads since they are aluminum

finish up what you're doing, reset the computer, and proceed from there
