Dont plan on making it a quick install. Had to jack up the engine a couple inches for some added clearance. Pull the valve covers too for additional room. Spent a few hours doing it, only to now have a ticking from the right header (suspesct a blown header gasket). Also do not use locking header bolts if you are installing JBA shorties, believe that is the reason for my gasket isse since the studs weren't long enough.

stay away from JBAs. They are crap made. The only real option is Kooks 3/4 length and they will be a ***** to do in the car.

Headers wont give you much power at all on the 94-95 wheez-o-matic motors.

It's either Kooks or stock manifolds.

I'm running the Stage 8 locking fasteners with my Kooks, and haven't had any leaks thus far.

dont use paper gaskets supplied with most header kits. Use the stock multi-layer steel gaskets there reuseable! Yeah I would say kooks long tubes...I installed JBAs about 4 years ago when I first started moding my cat. There was little improvment
