Headers and Steering Shaft

I keep hearing about a steering shaft modification to use Mustang headers. What is this mod.

I've searched and all I find is the same ol "you have to do the mod" threads.

You really need to learn to use the "Search" button.
I thought this was only for the 5.0L guys, but it might work with a 4.6L also.
