Trying this again, eh? Well, you did get at least two others to respond, although one's probably gone by now. I don't think enough people check the Chapters forum unless they have a real active chapter. I'll change my sig to direct AZ people to here, but I don't think I post often enough to be seen.

Welcome to the club, glad to have another AZ guy... so far AZ is one of the lest organized states. We really dont have a chapter, but I'd at least like to get this contact list together, meet for some beers or something, and then see where things go.

btw, which club were you with before?

Never messed with that on a Bird. Did on my 88 Mustang...total PITA. Good luck and hope you get it up soon. Or just bypass it for now.

I agree, bypass it until you have the time to do it right,

Other wise you'll end up doing a bang up job that you will live with for longer than you intended to.

I'm doing my best not to be a smart-*** here, but I'm about 8 or 9 Pacificos deep, so bear with me and try not to get offended, its unintentional...

sir, your heater core has 2 lines: an "in" line, and an "out" line. Go to the parts store and get a barbed male-to-male connector (3/8", 1/2"???), plug the bastards together with some hose clamps and ease on down the road.

easy .... we all learn sometime....

But he is right its that simple. (Might want to plug both end of the heater core hoses though, as to keep junk for spilling and getting inside...)
