Yes, that is exactly what he means. Please keep this about the SOLO II in Salina, possible plans for the event (such as lunch, meeting, etc) and if you are going to go or not.

60 days of work no break?? wow, talk about a "break in Period"!

While it is true that the IRS does handle better than the solid rear axle, it doesn't help so much that a 6 cyl. T-bird will beat a 5.0 Mustang. There are other things to consider. There is a reason that in the circuits that do involve handling you see a lot of Mustangs and very few T-Birds. The Mustangs actually handle very well, it may be a solid rear axle but it has come a LONG way from the good ol' rear leaf spring suspension we all know and love.

I'll try to make it on Sunday. Don't know if I can do an entire weekend or not. I've got this week to:

1) get the 255/50's put on
2) get the Eibachs and KYB's put on
3) get it aligned.

Thats a lot to ask in 4 days.

Heh, it can be done

I for one, still don't even have tires ordered. Not enough room on the credit card yet.

So Jason, what kind of times did you run?

Sorry I couldn't make it, but I had to work on the girlfriends car on Sat. and clean out the garage while the weather was nice so that you could all get in and out of it when you come for the Spring Fix it Meet.
