Wondering how your Starter has been, has it acted up anymore? For sake of this happening again, you may want to replace it. You know, once you take the starter off you may want to rotate the flywheel a full 360 degrees checking all the teeth on the flywheel, it may have a couple of hacked teeth with will cause you to have a dead stop. If the starter just happens to stop right where those teeth are worn then that sure would cause what you experiencest.

BTW.... I saw freddies' front wheel/tire in the Volicity(sp?) that louisville newspaper thingy, during the week before derby. Advertising some clothing line or something like that, I guess you know what I'm talking about right?

Continue the good Luck on the Bird April!

Well since the car died while idling, I don't think it's the starter. It seems to be running fine now. I'm gonna have to play with it some and try to figure it out. We have a show in TN in 2 weeks. I want to try to make sure it's running right before because i really want to take. Plus I have to get a trailer. If you know anybody who may have one let me know. Thanks

April

ps...sorry i didn't respond back sooner. Havn't been online much here lately

Will, good luck in diagnoising it April.

I'll ask around on the trailer, but off hand, I don't know of anyone. Meanwhile, go to the store Thursday and pick up the Bargain Mart, you will probably find one in there.

well i think i may have found one a guy will sell us for $750. It has a steel floor and electric brakes and is 21ft long. Has a few minor things but noting that can't be fixed. We have our big show in a week and a helf and I'm hoping to get it by then so I can take the car.
