The cruise on Saturday is Grid Locked usually, so I might try to go this week, instead of the weekend. It is the best show of the year, if you can find a good place to park and walk around some.

Have you ever been up here for the Woodward Dream Cruise before?

There is usually 1 million people and about the same amount of classic cars. Make sure to get to your destination early, as the traffic is rather packed.

I'm not sure when I might be able to make it out there. I work nights and don't get out till 6:00 saturday morning.......then I have somewhere to be from Noon till 5:00 saturday. I might try cruising woodward saturday night sometime or possibly check out what might be going on Sunday.

1996 T-bird, 4.6 with ported PI heads and VT stage 2 cams, JBA shorty headers, 3000 stall converter, 3.73 gears and just about every bolt on available.
Dyno tune results: 275.9rwhp and 301.4 torque.
Best 1/4 mile time: 13.65 at 99.52 mph.
Now I need more gear, more stall and some drag radials !!

Well, My bird took a crap, tranny is lost. Lost fluid at 11 mile, sitting at a light and it came out. Started going back home and it was shifting 1-2-1-1... know what I mean, and then nothing.... Had 2 extra quarts of ATF in the car luckily, she also was smoking like a mad man.

Oh, got her back home, and now all that fluid I put in it dripping back out.

Enjoyed it while I was out there, met up with Shaggy... Good to see you again, sorry I didn't see the other birdies up there.....

Now, to get the 63 in the Tranny shop to get looked at, great timing though, I need to get the rear seal replaced, no better time than the present.

Cie La Vie.

I sure do, but the 63 will get fixed first seeing that I have to take her to Frankenmuth next month for the cruise up there. Gotta make phone calls tomorrow.

I like Gatlinburg, was there as a kid. Pretty country, enjoy your trip!
