where/what to buy?

Hey guys. I figured i ask here since you're all michiganders.
I lost my lisence for 4 months because of too many speeding tickets. Well, i've learned my lesson so now i'm gonna drive 5 under and stick to speeding at the track. Since it's so close to winter I want to get some new stuff and install it. Then i can have some fun come spring time.
ok here's the thing. I've been saving some money. let's say i've been working my *** off and i have 3,000 to spend. well maybe a little more. I still have my 4.10's in my closet. So i need to get the install kit and install them. I'm figureing a new drive shaft would be a good idea...DUH. let's seee....... well i'll need a speed cal after that. wow that will be one kicking drive line.
all right, now on to the engine. i'm thinking about doing a swap and i know that is the most expensive. So i'm gonna save up for that later. i need to get into my exhaust. I want to make a real deep tone. What i was thinking is replacing the third cat with 2 mufflers and pipeing it all the way back. true duely styly.
Any suggestions on mods; what to get and where to go, would be very appreciated.

OHOH The one thing i want to do very bad is get a total reconstructive painjob. My baby needs new skin and some healing. suggestions suggeestions.

P.S. It took a long time to save up so i'm looking for good deals.

Well, how many miles on the car? If you have 100k+, I would rather do a swap.
For exhaust, Borla gives the deepest sound. Mine is not extremely loud, but DEEP. I can hear the car start when I'm downstairs, and the car is across the street. It Gets loud at WOT, but very comfortable and noticable around town.

I can't help you on paint...but it will be expensive for a good job...

thanks for the reply. Yeah i was thinking i want to keep the front cats just for a little back pressure and i don't want to wake everyone up when i start my car. I still live at home. I'm a volunteer firefighter and will wake up the entire neighborhood when i go on a call. not to mention my dad is a very light sleeper.
