3.8 Air Intake Temp Sensor?

I need to replace my Air Intake Temp. Sensor on my 93 3.8 Tbird, and I cant seem to find it. I looked on the Intake manifold & inside the air cleaner box, maybe I over looked it or maybe its hiding under something, anyone know where this thing is located?

not too sure what a plenum is but it's on the back drivers side of the intake. (chris, this is exactly what i don't have hooked up)

FYI... To change the Air Intake Temp. Sensor, the Intake Plenum (The thing thats says 3.8 Fuel Injected on it) has to be removed.
