fuse panel power

Hate to post such a simple question, but my precious Ford service manual has left me out to dry. I do believe I backfed 30 amps into the 10 amp ignition curcuit at the dash fuse box. Oops. The fuse box has two separate groups of wire that go to it, and I think they have two separate sources. Nothing on the circuit with the ignition fuse works, but everything on the opposite circuit does still work. So I am trying to figure out where those circuits come from without pulling down all the wiring to trace it. I did swap the IRCM with another one to rule that out, and I have power at all the underhood fuses and relays so I know the problem isn't there. Any wiring diagram I can get ahold of doesn't show where the fuse box sources its power. If anyone has torn out the wiring or knows more about this than I do, I'd love some input. Thanks.
