i know a guy that just took a motor out of his 1992 supercoupe that runs it had a bottom end noise so he took it out for an upgrade & is selling complete motor & supercharger & all stuff to go with it for $400... is this worth it? what could be noise in bottom end & how would i fix this? how would i swap it into a n/a '94?
Noise from the bottom end means complete rebuild. I wouldn't pay more than $250 for that motor, and that is assuming it comes with all the wiring harness and computer too, since you will need those to get it running in your car.
