Exclamation need help and suggestions

well today i went to go start my car and i heard this noise like spraying water kinda sounded like sprinklers turning on well i got out of my car to see if it was sprinklers or my car well i went to pop the hood and walked back to the front of my car and i looked down to see an oil slick coming from under my car.

well it seems someone loosesned my oil filter in the night well soon as i saw the oil i turned the car off and went to the store to get some more oil and a new filter and now when i got home i put the new filter on and filled the engine with oil and now i dont get any oil pressure like i fried my oil pump considering i put a new filter on and i checked the oil level before and after i started the engine and the oil level didnt chage at all

do you think it is the pump or could it be something else?
