fuel pressure

Where is the schrader valve located on the fuel rail for checking fuel pressure on a 94-97 LX with 3.8? Not sure exactly the year, but know it's a later model.

Thanks!

Passenger side in the front. You can't miss it.

Would you know what the stock fuel pressure should be? The car belongs to a neighbor of my son and I'm trying to get them some info on things to check. It starts, but runs really rough.

Thanks

He just called and said they checked it and it was 13 psi. and started leaked down as soon as they shut off motor. That doesn't sound good. Maybe the pump or FPR ??? Or maybe the filter is clogged.
