Yes, you can cut off the stock hoses and replace them with J30R9 fuel injector hose. It's sold by the foot at your local auto parts store. Don't go for J30R7 FI hose even if it's cheaper b/c of the PSI rating. It's meant for carburated applications. Also, use multiple hose clamps at each connection just to be safe.

Please pay close attention to how you need to remove the old hose without nicking the barbs underneath. There are two URLs describing the process.
In the unlikely event that you do nick a barb and it leaks, LMK. I should have an extra singleport fuel rails you can just swap over.
