97 3.8 crank no start

I recently replaced the intake manifold and valve cover gaskets on my 97 Thunderbird LX and now have a crank but no start condition. I have verified that all electrical connections are plugged in and that I have spark, but I don't seem to have fuel pressure with key on engine off. I pulled the plugs and one of them was dripping with fuel, so it seems like the engine is getting fuel while cranking. Could this be a problem with the fuel pressure regulator?

Also, where exactly does the vacuum hose from the FPR connect to on the upper intake? There are two stems on the intake and one is where the red line from the red/green pair of EGR hoses goes while the other one is where the FPR hose goes. Just can't remember exactly where each goes. Thanks!

I have the same trouble but a little different I have a 1995 T-bird 3.8 it will start and run for a little while but then it just quits. It will start back up a few hours later tho. I have replaced the Dist,coil and the ECM too . So anyone know where I should look?

Well have you tested the fuel pressure? If so it should sit around 35-55psi to start the car any below 35 it won't fire above 55 you drown the plugs.

I'd agree but i don't want to jump to that conclusion and they haven't replied to me yet so I don't know what there pressure is. And yeah Ford makes terrible (power steering pump, EGR, FPR, and heads.
