Rough Idle/ White smoke

Hello again! So I finished my Intake Manifold gasket job, and i got the right bolts (thanks everyone!), torqued everything down but now the engine starts, has a rough idle, spit out a white smoke that smelt of plastic burning, and also had a small tapping sound when shut off. It might be old gas (the car has sat for 2 months) also the oil has been changed as well. I followed everything in my book, but now I'm really confused.

Whaddya mean I can't have another? This one is Black and you love black!

It's possible that antifreeze got into the intake ports when you pulled the lower intake. How long did you leave it running?

Worse case is one of the lower gaskets didn't seat right and antifreeze is getting into the intake ports.

Tapping noise is probably the exhaust cooling down.
