performance difference

is there really a noticeable difference by swapping to 32c plugs and 180* thermostat in my 93 w/110k miles? or to rephrase it...is it worth it?

2003 Ford Expedition: 5.4L, harley supercharger, 2.93 upper pulley, 4lb lower pulley, c&l plenum, jlp cai, LFP SBTB, FTSP, Magnaflow 3" catback, Eclipse AVN-5510, white face gauges, cobalt c2 boost gauge, ddm hid's, 379 rwhp, 465 rwtq sold 11/3/12

those mods only prevent the engine from detonating if you have too much timing, and help the engine stay cooler, you won't get any power out of it though, it's worth it if you're running advanced timing

It's not really gaining power as much as keeping power. the engine has more hp at lower engine temp.
