Rattle woes

My g/fs '95 stang v-6 rattles at higher RPMs. Nope, not the cat heatshields; the cats are removed. It's not detonation. The noise comes from the passenger side head. I feel that it is a lifter rattle. It makes the noise at higher rpms and the car runs smooth as can be. Any ideas? Thanks
