car bucking at speed?

just these past few days I noticed that my '92 Cougar 3.8 will give a bucking sensation anywhere past 40km/h. Can't replicate it while idleing, only when the motor is under pressure.

In the past six months I've replaced the fuel filter, plugs, wires, thermostat, and probably some other stuff I can't remember.

I'm thinking maybe the fuel injectors are closed up?

Or maybe the fuel filter is jammed up. Lately I've run out of gas about three times in the past month.

Sounds like a great excuse to put a bigger fuel pump in.

I hate to say it, but it may help. Clean the Mass Air flow senor. Mine did the same thing.

Fuel pump sounds good. Might want to also clean out your intake manifold. Is your air filter in good shape?

Everyday of my life is a constant fight, between wrong and right.

When there is no grass on the field, go around back and play in the mud.
