for a mostly stock motor, the stock motorcraft ignition will work perfectly for your every need.
For plugs, I run Motorcraft 32C's (32C is the last 3 digits of the part number) as they're better for performance, and fire Colder than other plugs, which helps rpevent against detonation if you're running a good amount of advancement on the timing.
