need answer quick for flow direction on cooling sys.

ok guys dont laugh but i need to know which way the flow goes on the 3.8 is the top or the bottom the return??? does it go in the engin from the top and circulate back in the radiator in the bottom?? or is it the opposite?? need answer quick. and by the way i found out why my car has not been warming up properly, it had no freaking t-stat in it

Flows out of the engine/into the radiator through the upper radiator hose.

Flows into the engine/out of the radiator through the lower radiator hose.
