What after cam swap?

I'm sure some of you saw the piece in last month's Hot Rod about a Comp Cams making camshafts for the 3.8/4.2. My question is, what do you have to do after the swap, electronic wise or otherwise?

you can just throw it in and run it that way, but it would be best to get a dyno tune to get the most power out of it, and even out the air/fuel ratio since the cam will change it. But if its just a mild cam you can get away with not getting it tuned and still be good.

Comp Cams are not the only cams for the 3.8 I hope you know. Check out:

"So the computer will change the air/fuel ratio itself?"

to a certain point, but a dyno tune with a performance chip that finely tunes the air/fuel would be best.
