Still stalling, checked codes and pressure...NOW WHAT???

It still stalls when I'm driving...mostly pulling out of somewhere. Won't start unless I floor it and turn the key. Now, I checked for CODES and it passed with no codes thrown or stored. I also checked the fuel pressure and it's around 36 PSI. Wouldn't a bad sensor of somekind show up on the volt meter? Is 36 PSI high enough fuel pressure. This is on a 3.8 engine. thanks.

What is the pressure supposed to read?
